ENGRAMS, DREAMS, AND GOALS

Did you wonder if your dreams are really yours or they are inherited from someone in your family?According to the psychologist Enric Corbera, engrams are "stored neuroloical imprints that remain in our brain forever. It's like a hypersensitivity to certain words, sounds, smells, and environments that trigger traumas in our chronological life even before when we were in our mother's womb; may be we simply inherited them from our ancestors. "

Listening videos of Enric Corbera about his Bioneuroemocion philosophy-theory on YouTube, I remembered many lessons which I had forgotten. I was delighted! Perceiving human beings, their self, egos, emotions, and bodies as a whole is a remarkable lesson. I have to admit that I also feel that it is frightening. Corbera says that we are like robots and everything that is happening in our own lives have been written in our DNA since our conception. Enric Corbera also claims that change is not possible. He would rather talk about transformation. I agree. He also says that transformation only happens when we have information of our past and we are able to choose and act without guilt, resentment or hate. Our journey is understanding who we are, what we want and how to get it.

Due to the fact that many of our dreams can be inherited from our mother or your father, I like to differentiate dreams and goals. It might be possible that some of our dreams are part of our unconscious mind and somehow they become ours. However, goals are different; they are just ours. Setting goals and achieving them lead us to a spiritual and biological transformation. Even with a small achievement, satisfaction is so good that allows us to grow.

To encourage you to achieve your goals in your journey, I invite you to listen to this motivational story
