Dice UCDM que solo hay dos emociones, el amor y el miedo. Ambas emociones son ilógicas porque están hechas de visiones que no podemos ver y de sonidos que no podemos oír. Estas emociones solo tienen un significado concreto para quien las gesta, por eso son ilógicas porque están hechas de sombras de nuestro pasado, que es único para cada uno de nosotros.

¡Cuántas veces nos hemos sentido bloqueados para afrontar una situación! Y entonces acudimos a un terapeuta y le preguntamos, ¿puedes ayudarme? Y con toda la buena fe del mundo, el terapeuta responde afirmativamente. 
¡Qué error! Ambas posiciones: creer que te pueden ayudar y querer ayudar.

Estas palabras que oí esta semana al doctor en antropología, Josep Maria Fericgla, resonaron en mi. "La vida es una oportunidad que no se puede pasar de largo". Y solo podemos sentir estas oportunidades cuando estamos totalmente conectados al aquí y ahora.

Since I was a child, I had a dream: going to Niagara Falls. It became a dream by reading the Prince Valiant cartoon comic by the cartoonist Harold Foster and last week my dream came true. Contemplating the waterfalls, I had a moment of awareness.

Desde pequeña tenía un sueño: ir a las Cataratas del Niagara. Este sueño se gestó  cuando era una niña, leyendo el cómic del Principe Valiente del dibujante americano Harold Foster y finalmente mi sueño se hizo realidad hace unas semanas. Contemplando esa maravilla de la Naturaleza en Niagara tuve un momento mágico. Con esa sensación en mi cuerpo comprendí, o quizá mejor dicho, tomé conciencia de un hecho importante.
